We do not share this information with any third party except the specific provider you choose to connect with.
• Provider information: If you are a provider, we collect your business name, address, contact information, treatment offerings, pricing, and payment information (processed by Stripe). Provider business information is displayed publicly on your listing.

We use the information we collect to:

• Match you with aesthetic treatment providers in your area based on your location, concerns, and budget.
• Provide AI-powered treatment recommendations based on the concerns you describe.
• Communicate with you about your search results, new features, or relevant updates if you have provided your email address.
• Improve and optimize our website, services, and user experience.
• Analyze site traffic and usage patterns to understand how visitors use our platform.

3. Third-Party Tracking and Analytics

We use the following third-party services through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors interact with our site:

• Google Analytics — to measure site traffic, user behavior, and conversion events.
• Facebook Pixel (Meta) — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to build audiences for future advertising.
• Pinterest Tag — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Pinterest and to build audiences for future advertising.

If you choose to contact a provider, claim a listing, or take an action that connects you with a specific aesthetic treatment provider, we may share relevant information (such as your name, email, and treatment interest) with that provider to facilitate your request. We will not share your information with providers without an action on your part that indicates your intent to connect with them.

6. Data Retention

We retain different types of data for different periods:

• Consumer intake data (email, ZIP code, concerns): retained for 24 months from your last interaction with our platform, then automatically deleted.
• Provider listing data (business information, pricing): retained for as long as the provider maintains an active listing. Upon cancellation or removal, listing data is archived for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
• Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations.
• Analytics data: aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely. Individual browsing data linked to your identity is retained for 24 months.
• AI conversation data: treatment concern descriptions submitted to our AI matching system are processed in real-time and are not stored after your session ends.

If you would like us to delete your information before these retention periods expire, you may contact us at the email address below and we will process your request within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Deletion: you may request that we delete your personal information.
• Correction: you may request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt-out of tracking: you can disable cookies in your browser settings or use browser extensions that block tracking technologies. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance.
