What is GAINSWave?
GAINSWave is a branded low-intensity acoustic wave therapy protocol for erectile dysfunction and sexual performance enhancement. It uses pulsed sound waves to stimulate blood vessel growth, break up micro-plaque, and improve blood flow to penile tissue — targeting the underlying vascular causes of erectile dysfunction rather than masking symptoms.
Each session takes 15 to 20 minutes and is non-invasive with no downtime. A standard protocol is 6 to 12 sessions over 3 to 6 weeks. Many patients report improved erections and sensitivity within the first few sessions, with results lasting 2 to 3 years for many men.
GAINSWave is not FDA-approved specifically for ED but uses the same acoustic wave technology used in orthopedics and urology. It is most effective for mild to moderate vasculogenic erectile dysfunction and men who want to reduce or eliminate dependence on ED medications.
