What is a Penile Filler?
Penile filler is a non-surgical procedure that uses injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) filler, the same family of filler used in the face, to increase the girth (circumference) of the penile shaft. It does not increase length. The filler is injected under the skin along the shaft to add volume, and the procedure is performed in-office under local anesthetic.
The treatment takes 30 to 60 minutes. Results are immediate, with swelling and bruising that settle over one to two weeks. Because HA filler is temporary, results typically last 12 to 18 months before the body absorbs the product and a repeat treatment is needed to maintain the effect.
This is an off-label use of dermal filler and should only be performed by an experienced, licensed medical provider using technique appropriate to the area. Choosing an unqualified injector carries real risk, including lumps, asymmetry, and vascular complications.
How much does a Penile Filler cost?
Penile filler nationally typically costs $2,000 to $3,500 per treatment, depending on how much filler is used. Because it is temporary, maintenance treatments add to the long-term cost.

- How long will results last before I need maintenance?
- What is your complication and dissolving protocol if something goes wrong?
