We display provider information, estimated pricing, and AI-powered treatment recommendations. We are a directory and matching service, not a medical provider, clinic, or healthcare facility.
Get Clear Beauty is free for consumers. You do not need to create an account to search for providers. By submitting information through our intake form (including your email, ZIP code, and beauty concerns), you consent to our use of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

All product names, treatment names, brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site — including but not limited to Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Juvederm, Restylane, RHA, Belotero, Radiesse, Versa, Sculptra, Kybella, CoolSculpting, Emsculpt, EMFace, EMSella, HydraFacial, Morpheus8, Ultherapy, Thermage, Fraxel, BBL, Halo, AviClear, Accure, Cosmelan, Forma, Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound — are the property of their respective owners. Get Clear Beauty is an independent directory of licensed aesthetic providers and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or otherwise associated with any manufacturer, brand, or trademark holder named on the Site. We do not manufacture, sell, distribute, prescribe, or administer any product or treatment. All treatments are provided by independent licensed practitioners who are solely responsible for the services they deliver. References to third-party brands are made solely to identify the products and treatments offered by listed providers, and any such use constitutes nominative fair use under applicable trademark law. Brand or trademark holders with concerns about a listing may contact us at legal@getclearbeauty.com; we respond to documented requests within seven business days.

Binding arbitration. Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site — including any question of the existence, scope, or validity of this arbitration agreement — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in New York, New York, or remotely if you prefer. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
No class actions. You and Get Clear Beauty each waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Opt-out right. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us at contact@getclearbeauty.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out." Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
Emergency relief. Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm pending arbitration.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 13, it shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
