PRF EZ Gel — also called EZ Gel or "bio-filler" — is made entirely from your own blood. A small sample is drawn and spun to concentrate platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), which is then gently heated and cooled to form a natural gel. That gel is injected as an autologous filler and skin-quality booster, so there is no synthetic filler involved.

It is used most often for under-eye hollows and tear troughs, nasolabial folds, temples, and overall skin quality, and is frequently paired with microneedling to improve texture. The gel gives soft, immediate volume, and the platelet growth factors then stimulate your own collagen. Results are gradual and natural; the gel is absorbed over about three to six months, so it is not permanent, and most providers recommend a series of sessions.
